You report to the Learning & Development Manager and will assist in developing an overall internal Learning & Development plan in all our European markets.
You are passionate about the newest L&D trends, and you have experience with creating e-learning from scratch in an LMS environment. New technologies and software don’t scare you as you are a quick learner. You are an organized and structured person who follows-up thoroughly on the training administration with our employees.
The Learning & Development department has 2 major internal clients: Operations (> 500 employees) and the Support Centers (> 120 employees). The learning programs for Operations often differ from the training paths at the Support Centers.
You are in charge of constantly updating, reshaping and modernizing the Shurgard Academy as the company evolves and internal processes change. You are the go-to-person when employees have issues with the training or performance tool. You will evaluate off-the-shelf learning content that we can purchase from our suppliers and report on the quality.
You like numbers as well and are eager to tilt the HR department to the next level in terms of HR Reporting and HR Analytics.
You promote continuous learning and actively foster an environment that encourages continuous professional development and knowledge sharing among staff.
