Trust us, time flies at Shurgard! A typical day at the office? Helping, advising and persuading your clients over the telephone. And of course, working closely with the store teams, your colleagues and manager.


You’ll need to be thorough, think commercially and take initiative in order to meet our quality standards and procedures, and to reach your monthly objectives. Or even better: to exceed them!

  • You ideally have retail / commercial work experience in a telesales environment.
  • You enjoy advising and convincing customers.
  • You can work in a team and fully contribute to it's success.
  • You are reliable, honest, and committed.
  • You are interested in further training and promotion opportunities.
  • You are able to commit to a fully flexible shift pattern within the centre's opening hours.
  • You are a natural communicator over the telephone.
  • Microsoft Office: Outlook and Word is desirable.
